MBED launched in the summer of ‘12, shortly after Graham wrote a book on how brands should best leverage YouTube video advertising. This project led him to recognize a gap in the market for a Strategy-first, “boutique” consultancy.
Early-stage projects for JanSport, New Relic, and RelayRides (now Turo), in tandem with creative partners Teak and WEREHAUS, quickly turned MBED into a reality. Today, Graham heads up all day-to-day operations and works closely with clients and creative partners to ensure shared goals are achieved.

As VP of Strategy at MBED, Sheldon leads performance strategy across a diverse range of clients. Since joining the agency in 2015, he has driven the development of integrated campaigns that turn complex client goals into clear, actionable plans.
He works closely with clients, internal teams, and agency partners to ensure strategy informs execution while also supporting team growth and agency operations. His recent work involves leading strategy across tech, healthcare, and event clients.

Marcella joined MBED in 2016 and has been a key contributor to the team's media strategy and execution ever since. She is centered on designing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on maximizing performance through strategic optimizations and data-driven reporting. Her expertise includes managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels.
Since becoming an MBED member, she has contributed to campaigns for notable clients like Cord Blood Registry, The Curran, and JanSport.

His background spans commercial and operations roles in technology startups, event management, and public relations, offering a dynamic perspective that helps shape and strengthen MBED’s client and partner relationships.
Evan has deep expertise in aligning people, processes, and technology, and thrives in cross-functional environments. His collaborative approach and strategic mindset support both client engagement and long-term relationship management, helping drive meaningful results for MBED and its partners.

Aisha Gracie is a Senior Media Strategist at MBED, where she leads digital strategy, campaign optimization, and creative direction for a portfolio of SaaS clients, including Windfall, Flickr, and SmugMug.
With over five years of experience, Aisha is proficient in all major and emerging digital paid media platforms, including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. She collaborates with a range of partners to harness channel-specific opportunities across the digital ecosystem. She specializes in planning and executing campaigns that maximize cross-platform engagement and drive measurable ROI, while maintaining a cohesive and well-performing media mix.
Aisha holds a B.A. in Art Practice from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Anushka is the Director of Brand Strategy at MBED, helping brands define their voice, craft their story, and scale with purpose. She leads initiatives across creative, content, digital strategy, and campaign performance — driving results that deliver both short-term wins and long-term success. Anushka recently earned her MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Management, specializing in brand strategy, growth marketing, and consumer behavior.

Cory joined MBED in the summer of 2021 while studying Graphic Design at the University of San Francisco. Since then, he’s grown into a pivotal member of the team, leading creative strategy and execution across UX, visual identity, and performance-driven design.
As MBED’s UX/UI Design lead, Cory blends aesthetic intuition with a deep understanding of user behavior. He’s hands-on in every phase of the creative process, from crafting ad creatives, landing pages, and digital experiences that drive engagement and results, to wireframing, prototyping, video editing, animation, and brand development.
Cory has played a key role in delivering high-performing creative for brands like Palace Games, Custom#, Encompass, and Pit Command—bringing smart, scalable design solutions to complex marketing challenges.

Chris brings over a decade of marketing expertise in tech, entertainment, and e-commerce to his role at MBED, where he’s been since the summer of ’21. He partners with clients to execute growth strategies, oversee campaigns, enhance website performance, strengthen conversion and retention, produce compelling copy, and deliver actionable analytics.

Rob Mayerle is a San Francisco–based digital marketing leader specializing in paid search and full-funnel strategy. He joined MBED in the Fall of ‘22 after a decade of agency and in-house experience.
A former Head of Paid Search, he led teams managing Walmart, Vanguard, Beats by Dre, and other notable brands. During his time at Google, Rob spearheaded the national rebrand from Google Analytics 360 to Google Marketing Platform (and five other marketing products) across multiple online channels.
At MBED, Rob drives performance and growth for a variety of verticals, harnessing data and AI to increase ROAS and scale revenue. He helped a B2B SaaS client deliver strong year-over-year growth that played a pivotal role in securing a $30M Series B.

Patrick is MBED’s VP of Analytics, leading data strategy, analytics engineering, and performance reporting across client campaigns. He builds systems that turn complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights — using tools like dbt, BigQuery, and Python to help teams move faster and think smarter.
In addition to leading analytics, Patrick is driving MBED’s AI strategy — integrating new tools and workflows that leverage generative AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.
